MASTER OF ARTS IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (MHRM)

This programme is an intensive two-year full-time course which is a combination of class-room instruction, practical training and research. The course is mostly designed to prepare young men and women as HR Managers in both Government and private enterprises. The course covers HR related areas and other functional areas like marketing management, management accounting, financial management and quality improvement processes.
The course duration is two years consisting of four semesters.
Admission
A candidate who has passed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from University of Madras or from other universities accepted by the University as equivalent thereto is eligible for admission to this course.
Admission will be based on aptitude and merit taking into account marks obtained in Degree course and performance in entrance test, group discussion and interview.

Application form, including copy of prospectus, for Graduate, Post Graduate, Diploma and M.Phil. programmes can be obtained from the College office and the respective program offices during the month of May for all the Courses. Last date for receipt of completed application forms will be given in the Prospectus. |
